Your opponent gets in deep on a low single and gets the angle on you!! Dont go down!! Jamb the head and sit on his back! Then get ready to hit the rubber leg spin move!! SIIIIIIICK!!

3 Tips Every Wrestler Needs to Know

One of the biggest question, I get asked is what is most important for a wrestling to know.

Tip #1 – Stay In Your Stance

Stance and Motion is one of the most important drills you can do! You’re either getting better or worse so do this drill slowly and with the best technique you can. In time your speed will get faster and you’ll feel more “at home” being in your stance than out of it!!

Tip#2 – Setup Your Shots

If you just shoot your opponent will just take his turn! Remember its always your game its NEVER his turn!! You need to get write down your three best set ups. For example 1. Bang the head and shoot. 2. Pump down pull a tricep and shoot. 3. Pump fake pump GO!! Move your opponents feet!

Tip #3 – Get Tougher Every Period

Wrestling is a battle of minds!! You have to dig deep each period and get tougher when you start to get tired! Learn to compete when your exhausted and you’ll go far in wrestling and in LIFE!!!
